Selling precious metals to us is easy; just choose one of the following options:

Call our trading floor at 1-800-300-0715 and ask for prices.

Send a fax-listing inventory to 1-800-300-4919 and include your phone number.

Send an e-mail listing inventories to tradingfloor@certifiedgoldexchange.com (no attachments please.)

Once you agree with our buy price, your quote will be locked in and you'll receive shipping and insurance instructions. Within 24 hours of your delivery to us, your payment is mailed.

After you send your items, please call your account representative with a tracking number and weight of package, located on the USPS receipt.

We only buy, sell or trade in products independently certified by one of the following authorities:

• Government issued gold or silver bullion coins
• Johnson Matthey or Credit Swiss gold bars
• PCGS or NGC certified gold and silver rare coins
• Johnson Matthey or Engelhard silver bars (Pure)
• Any Comex Acceptable Bars

Q. Is there a minimum?
A. Yes, for non-clients our minimum is $5,000.00. Existing clients can buy or sell any amount.

Q. How do I ship to you?
A. After your sale has been confirmed, we will issue a confirmation number. Please ship your package by USPS Registered and Insured Service within 48 hours. There is a maximum insurance of $25.000.00 metal value per box.
